Cost Savings Plans

Best choice and lowest cost per visit, for patients who visit more than 2 times per month. Typically best aligned with Doctor’s treatment Plan.

Family High Deductible / Underinsured Plan

Average savings up to $1000
per month
Includes:
Chiropractic Treatments
Rehab for pain or injury
Cupping
Acupuncture
$350 per month, then $100 per month for each additional client’s  (in the same household)

Individual High Deductible / Underinsured Plan

Average savings up to $296 per month
Includes:
Chiropractic Treatment
Rehab for pain or injury
Cupping
Acupuncture
$350 per month
